People: our most valuable resource

A people-centric culture: unlimited leave, best-in-class compensation and medical insurance, rotation opportunities, and a Great Place to Work® certified workplace.

A people-centric culture arises from the notion that the workplace is continuously evolving. People aren't only seeking better compensation — they want remote work options, adaptable schedules, work-life balance, and career progression. Our workplace reflects that, and ValDatum has attained the esteemed Great Place to Work® certification.

Unlimited leave policy

Our organization operates an unlimited leave policy, and we strongly encourage all employees to take a minimum of 24 days off per year. We provide maternity leave of 26 weeks and paternity leave of up to two weeks.

Best-in-class compensation

Highly competitive, market-aligned compensation in recognition of exceptional contributions — plus active support and reimbursement for team members pursuing further qualifications.

Best-in-class medical insurance

Medical emergencies don't discriminate based on position, so neither do we: a uniform policy across all levels, covering parents, with a substantial sum insured.

Immediate bonus payouts

If bonuses are awarded for past performance, there's no reason to delay them. We pay biannually with no gap between mid-year and year-end payouts.

No cut-off date for annual raises

Even if you joined a day before the annual raise cycle, you deserve an appropriate raise — so we abolished cut-off date criteria in our performance appraisal.

Team, social & sports events

Colleagues who collaborate, dine, and unwind together stay connected. Our social committee takes strong initiative in planning parties and team-building activities.

Rotation opportunities

We offer rotation opportunities to work alongside our clients onshore, and our clients regularly visit our office for trainings and leadership visits.

Gender diversity

Over a quarter of our team are women, and we are dedicated to growing female representation as the team expands.
